Bi-Annual Family Gatherings
Beginning in 2003 the family has been having reunions. Currently these are conducted every other year.
Newsletters and Memories
Beginning in 2003 Anita Reneau Daniels published the Reneau Review. In 2006 the newsletter was renamed Reno/Reneau Review.
Genealogy
Many esteemed genealogy researchers have documented our rich family history. Sue Reneau Damewood, genealogist emeritus has compiled and verified the information on about 60,000 family members. Her research has become the default standard for the family.
The Reno-Reneau DNA Project was started by Anita Reno Dillon in 2014. More than 350 family members have done DNA testing and shared their results. We use DNA to confirm the accuracy of written and family tradition. Also used to assist adoptees to connect to their birth family.
Monuments and Markers
Many of the cemeteries and headstone or markers have deteriorated and are need of repair. Please report so our tombstone committee can respond.
